This is one of the best hotels in Nainital, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable stay within a budget of ₹3,000–₹4,000. I booked online and applied some offers, which brought my one-night stay cost down to just ₹1,989. At that price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and my overall experience was wonderful. The staff members were extremely helpful, polite, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. In fact, I took the staff's contact number because I have already decided that I will stay here again on my next visit to Nainital. I also noticed that some guests were being unfair to the staff. A few people were speaking rudely and even threatening to file complaints. From what I personally observed, the staff was genuinely trying their best to resolve every issue. Unfortunately, some guests seemed to expect unreasonable benefits, such as getting refunds while also wanting to stay for free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money, great service, and supportive staff. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. ❤️✅
