The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, living up to its 4-star rating. However, the food quality left much to be desired, resulting in a 2-star rating. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating.

The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.
