The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Check-in experience was smooth and efficient. However, the food could have been better. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are top-notch, the check-in experience was smooth as butter, and the staff were as warm and welcoming as a cup of chai on a cold morning. 5 stars all the way!
