



Oyo, I had made a reservation through your platform, with the confirmation that I would pay INR 1,000 at the hotel upon arrival. However, when I reached the hotel with my travel companions and after a significant amount of confusion and searching for the hotel, the hotel staff informed me that no prior payment had been made. As a result, I was asked to pay INR 1,245 instead. I explained that I would only pay the amount if I could be shown proof of the charge and was willing to pay, but I was told that I would not be given the room unless I paid immediately, as no rooms would be available at 2 AM. Under duress and with no other option, I made the payment of INR 1,245 and was allowed entry into the room. Upon entering the room, I discovered that the phone was not working and was unable to contact anyone for assistance. But Oyo CC helped me. Regards
