The hotel is overall good for the students who come to apper in the exam for BNS Mahila Mahavidyalaya school but yes the receptionist is very helpful but have some lack of knowledge with respect to photocopy and Cyber cafe there is cyber cafe and printout facility before 100 meters from school BNS So you don't need to go to main market or crossroad akhri bypass

Best place i visited with my family.Hotel owner is polite,staff also , I got clean big room with attached bathroom , there is a mirror in the room , a portrait , love the peaceful environment to sleep comfortable on cozy bed . Thank you sauryaved palace .I love to visit again
