The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently located near all the major attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. Overall, a superb stay! Five stars all the way!

The check-in experience and amenities at the hotel were decent. The staff could have been more efficient and proactive during the check-in process. The amenities were average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, an okay experience.
