The room had no window and our booking was non refundable but with communication with oyo support and previous hotel coperative nature, we got another room in another hotel with minor additional charge. The other hotel name and location mentioned on plan was exact but we could find it.

The hotel had an excellent check-in experience. The staff was efficient and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food was good but could have been better for a full 5-star experience. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable. Highly recommended!
