I recently stayed at Hotel O Lapalang / Unique Residency, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and attention to detail in housekeeping. The food served was fresh and delicious, offering a good variety to choose from.
