I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and well prepared. The only small issue was that the hotel name outside was different, which made it a little difficult to find at first. Also, since the weather was cold, having a tea or coffee facility in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and cozy with nice wooden cabinetry. Location is convenient as it is close to many attractions in Shillong. I did have to ask a couple of times for extra towels but the staff responded quickly and it was sorted out. The parking was also a plus. This place does the job well for a comfortable stay. wifi ka signal room me strong tha. Would definitely come back again.
