I recently stayed at Hotel O Lapalang / Unique Residency, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and attention to detail in housekeeping. The food served was fresh and delicious, offering a good variety to choose from. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and well prepared. The only small issue was that the hotel name outside was different, which made it a little difficult to find at first. Also, since the weather was cold, having a tea or coffee facility in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
