The check-in experience at this hotel was smooth and efficient, earning it a well-deserved 4 stars. However, the food did not meet my expectations, receiving only 2 stars. On the other hand, the amenities provided were exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable and warranting a solid 5-star rating.
