Checkin experience was top-notch, with a helpful and friendly staff. Food was tasty and satisfying, although a bit overpriced. Cleanliness could be improved, as the room was not spotless. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was 5 star as it was in the heart of the city. The food quality was good as well, I would rate it 4 star. The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, so I would also give it 4 star. Overall, I had a great stay!
