Due to work commitments, we stayed at this hotel for an extended period and were extremely satisfied with our stay. As the hotel is still relatively new, there are a few minor areas for improvement, but the staff are very attentive and genuinely do everything they can to ensure guest satisfaction. You can feel confident that they will support you with any needs during your stay. From the moment you arrive at reception, you are welcomed with a warm smile, and the team makes every effort to ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience. When we encountered an issue with a taxi outside the hotel, their support and willingness to stand by us meant a great deal. Although the situation was not related to the hotel, they were sincerely sorry that we had such an experience and went out of their way to assist us, which we truly appreciated. We would especially like to thank Mr. Sunil, who always welcomed us with professionalism and a smile whenever we had a request regarding our room; Jay Singh from the restaurant, who often anticipated our preferences even before we ordered, ensuring our breakfast table was always ready 🤗; as well as Manoj, Rajkumar, and all the other staff members whose names we may unfortunately not remember. Thank you all for your kindness, hospitality, and support.

The hotel is located in an excellent and convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and business areas. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The large balcony is a great feature and offers beautiful views, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool is also excellent—clean, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. It adds great value to the overall guest experience and creates a pleasant atmosphere within the property. The housekeeping service has been exceptional throughout my stay. The rooms are always fresh, spotless, and well organized. The corridors are neat, clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The housekeeping staff is humble, helpful, and professional in their work. Their dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference and ensure a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Dipesh Dhyani, Ms. Meena, Sanjoy, and the entire housekeeping team for their continuous support, care, and warm hospitality during my stay.
