Booked 3 rooms for family staycation with dinner & breakfast. Rooms are really very good, food is delicious, breakfast has good variety with veg & non veg & property is neat & clean. Deducting one star for some points which i didn’t liked. It might not affect all but still highlighting - 1. This is the first hotel in my staying experience in India which charged me for Baby food. No hotel atleast in India charges for the same. 2. There is NO food menu kept in the rooms & their cost for room dining is extremely high. Provided they are still not 5 star property. I paid 750 + taxes + Service charge for 3 cups masala chai & 450 + taxes + service charge for just 1 Aloo Parantha for my 2 year kid. 3. Staff is generally young kids pass out of college/ Institute hence forth few are Immature & under learning. One of my strict vegetarian family member double checked with them if the food provided infront of him is chicken or gobhi!? For which the staff said its veg. He was almost about to eat when we realized its chicken ordered by my other guest!!! Just keep a watch on the above points otherwise the hotel is worth to try once. Though few minor points mentioned above needs proper attention otherwise i would surely like to recommend the property to my near & dear ones.
Excellent stay it was for me!! Thanks much to the entire staff of the property for making it a memorable experience for me!! You get to see true hospitality from this property. Everyone is truly very sweet and they make sure you’ve an amazing experience!! I stayed Solo and it was pretty much very safe!! Right from the security guards & the door men to the HR, everyone deserves a great round of applause for being very kind. Kindness is a virtue and I’m super glad to say it soulfully exists here… A noteworthy appreciation to the HR for having selected the right talents!! Wishing everyone the very best!! One point to note is the presence of mosquitos in the buffet area… The management should certainly look into this. Do check out their Dal Tadka- simple but doesn’t make you miss home! My favourite was the Dakshini Aloo Fry- flavourful it was with crispy outer crust and soft insides… Totally recommend!!
