I booked it from oyo and paid 25% of the amount. But when we reached there and showed the receipt of 25% pre-booking amount, they denied by saying that they have now changed the name of hotel as "hotel yard" and told that now they do not accept through oyo and charged us more for the same room. Then i had to cancel the oyo booking. But the same hotel is named as "Hotel O White" with same address. Rest everything about the hotel is good. Good behaviour, good rooms and location.

The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend it. 5/5 stars.
