Good "Hotel" though I have booked through Airbnb but its more a hotel than Airbnb flavour. My flat was# 7058, at 7th floor, 1bhk well furnished, semi functional kitchen, (lacks of utensils are there to be observed). Lots of storage space. Bed and sofa cum bed can accommodate 5 person at ease. Toilet was clean and tidy. But some wall fittings were broken, some wardrobe and kichen cabinet were not clear.. RO water, mini fridge and wifi's availability were good poi. A dedicated "point of contact" personnel was assigned and she was very cooperative & attentive. Check-in process is a bit lengthy and not like any Airbnb type. But safe and secure. Check-out was smooth. But, no one will be there for your luggages to carry through lifts. And carrying all the luggages uoto office at 2nd floor, then again after lots of documentation, moving into particular flat is NOT at all preferable process for check-in..... Security & cc cameras are there. 4 lifts are running. A restaurant is in the ground floor Parking is free but outside the premises, in open air under 24x7 dedicated security. Quite and calm ambience. "Mohona" side beach is just at few min walking distance but Puri Beach / Swargodwar Beach a bit far, we had our own car, so negotiating this distance was not a problem. This area is at outskirts of Puri's main attractions so less trafficed, that's my POI. I usually drove here upto the Puri Municipal Parking to leave my car, then went to the beach walking... All flats are equipped with smoke direction devices, so smoking is not permitted within flat, not even within bathroom. That's the thing I didn't like as a smoker. Its pet friendly, kids friendly. Apart from Airbnb "hello Ananya" is media to book flats for rental like hotel service. Though as an Airbnb Guest I like "not to stay" at conventional Hotel, but, experience with Ananya is near about my expectation. Cloud kitchen is fully functional and start delivery as early as 8 am at reasonable rate.

Our one-night stay at Hello by Ananya was truly wonderful, thanks to the care by Miss Madhuri and Mr Nandan who made sure we were comfortable. Their warmth, clean hassle free check In service made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing our compliments to the chef and the buffet staff, Mr Abhinash for his outstanding service. As a person from hospitality background I must say Miss Madhuri, Mr Nandan and Mr Abinash, you guys did a great job keep it up. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality and a memorable stay!
