The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety. The restaurant staff was extremely cooperative and courteous, which deserves appreciation. The overall hotel ambiance is pleasant, and considering the facilities provided, it offers good value for money.rnHowever, the poor internal coordination and mismanagement by the reception staff regarding room allocation significantly affected our experience.All aspects of our stay were satisfactory except for a serious lapse in room allocation, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.rnrnWe had specifically booked two adjoining rooms, and this preference was clearly selected and acknowledged at the time of booking. Upon arrival, we were given the key to one room, and the hotel staff explicitly confirmed that the second adjoining room would be Room Nos. 214 and 215 on the second floor.rnrnHowever, when I arrived late at night to collect the key for the second room, the night-duty receptionist arbitrarily allotted a room on the first floor. When questioned about Room No. 215, which had already been confirmed and reserved for us, he stated that it had been allotted to another guest, allegedly by the morning shift staff, and offered only an apology.rnrnAfter I expressed strong dissatisfaction, another room on the same floor was provided, but it was located far away from the first room, completely defeating the purpose of booking adjoining rooms.rnrnThe following morning, the morning shift staff contradicted this explanation, stating that Room No. 215 was indeed reserved for us and that it may have been wrongly allotted by the night staff. This clearly indicates poor internal coordination and mismanagement.rnrnDespite prior confirmation, the hotel failed to honor a committed booking condition, which is unacceptable. This incident alone significantly impacted our experience and reflects a lack of professionalism in handling confirmed reservations.rnrnI expect this matter to be formally reviewed, and appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future.

I and my wife had a wonderful stay at Clubhouse Hotel, Mohali, on 3rd Dec.'25 which was booked thru Goibibo App @ ₹ 3005/- for a Classic Room located conveniently on the Chandigarh–Mohali Bypass Road. The location is excellent and very easy to access, with plenty of nearby options for restaurants, cafés, car wash services, and other daily needs. The staff deserves special appreciation—everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and well-mannered throughout my stay. A special thanks to General Manager Mr. Sachin, who graciously upgraded my room from a Classic Room to a Club Room. The room was spacious, well-appointed, neat, and very clean, with excellent quality bed linens that made the stay very comfortable. The room offered a large city view overlooking the main bypass road, which added to the overall experience. Food ordered through room service was tasty and well-prepared, delivered promptly. Parking: There is plenty of it in front of the hotel with very helpful valet service. Please Note: Almost all Classic Rooms have no view from the room and most have simple wall facing views so be thoughtful before selecting your room. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, professional service, and a prime location. I would definitely recommend Clubhouse Hotel Mohali to both business and leisure travelers and would happily stay here again.
