My stay at OYO was average and met only basic expectations. Booking was easy and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. The room was reasonably clean, but it did not fully match the photos shown online. Some amenities were missing or not functioning properly, and maintenance felt inconsistent. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, though the room ambience felt dull. Staff were polite, but response time was slow when help was requested. Noise from outside disturbed sleep slightly. Overall, it was acceptable for budget travelers, but service quality and upkeep need improvement during peak travel seasons especially.
The check-in process was smooth and quick, making me feel welcome instantly. The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness throughout. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience deserving of a full 5-star rating in all aspects. Highly recommended!
