I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was efficient and smooth, earning it 4 stars. The staff was helpful, although their service could have been better, hence 3 stars. However, the amenities offered were quite limited, hence the 2-star rating. Overall, still a great hotel to stay at!
