I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was excellent, with the staff being very efficient and friendly. The location was perfect, being close to all the attractions and restaurants. The amenities provided were top-notch, exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

The hotel was simply amazing! The luxurious rooms and stunning views made our stay memorable. However, the staff and check-in experience were disappointing. Lack of professionalism from the staff and a lengthy, inefficient check-in process left us frustrated. But overall, the hotel itself was top-notch!
