The hotel was simply amazing! The luxurious rooms and stunning views made our stay memorable. However, the staff and check-in experience were disappointing. Lack of professionalism from the staff and a lengthy, inefficient check-in process left us frustrated. But overall, the hotel itself was top-notch!

The check-in experience was top-notch, with smooth and efficient service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities provided were excellent, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
