A Pleasant Oasis During the Maha Kumbh! Our stay at Cozy Home Stay Varanasi during the Maha Kumbh 2025 was a truly welcome respite amidst the bustling crowds. Traveling during such a significant event meant Varanasi was packed, so we were incredibly fortunate to find a room at Cozy Home Stay. Not only did they have availability when many other places were booked, but the stay itself was surprisingly peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a much-needed sanctuary after long days exploring the city. But what really made our stay special was the excellent service, particularly from the manager, Nirbhay Singh. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Navigating Varanasi during the Kumbh was challenging, but Nirbhay efficiently arranged local auto rickshaws for us, making it much easier to get around and see the sights. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay at Cozy Home Stay Varanasi was a pleasant surprise during a very busy time. It offered a comfortable and convenient base from which to experience the Maha Kumbh, and the friendly and helpful staff, especially Nirbhay, made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt, this is a clean and well-maintained hotel, but what truly sets it apart is the kindness and hospitality of the owner, Mr. Nirbhay Singh. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, promptly resolving an issue with our online booking. His selflessness and dedication made our stay feel like home. Our visit during the Mahakumbh pilgrimage, followed by a trip to Varanasi, became even more memorable because of his warmth. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking genuine hospitality and excellent service. I sincerely hope their compassionate behavior remains unchanged for other guests 😊
