The hotel had amazing amenities that deserve a 5-star rating. The check-in experience was smooth and delightful, also deserving a 5-star rating. However, the food was disappointing and only deserves 1 star.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. A fantastic experience overall!
