The check-in experience at this hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations, as it lacked flavor and variety. The amenities were below average, with limited options and outdated facilities. Nevertheless, the outstanding check-in experience made up for the shortcomings, resulting in a overall positive stay.
The hotel deserves every bit of its 5-star rating for its impeccable service and top-notch facilities. Although the check-in experience was disappointing, the staff quickly rectified the situation. The location, on the other hand, could be better as it is a bit inconvenient. However, the overall experience was exceptional, making it an excellent choice for a luxurious stay.
