A Perfect Stay at Sunday Alaya Resort, Ramnagar – Truly Memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My recent stay at Sunday Alaya Resort in Ramnagar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a truly rejuvenating experience. The resort not only met but exceeded all expectations. A special note of thanks to Mr. Kiren Sagar, the General Manager of Sunday Alaya Resort, for personally assisting with my booking. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and welcoming. It’s clear that his leadership is a driving force behind the resort’s outstanding service and atmosphere. One of the standout highlights was the culinary experience. The food was simply outstanding — a delicious and diverse spread that catered to all taste preferences. Whether you're a fan of traditional Indian cuisine or lean toward more contemporary flavors, the variety and quality were consistently impressive. The garden area was another remarkable feature. Immaculately maintained, lush, and peaceful, it provided the perfect setting for a quiet stroll or a refreshing moment of solitude. This natural haven added a serene touch to the overall ambiance. The cottage-style rooms were both cozy and spacious, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Thoughtfully designed with a blend of comfort and elegance, they created a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with care and efficiency.

🌿 Sunday Alaya Resort – A Serene Escape with Room for Improvement We spent two days at Sunday Alaya Resort, nestled deep within the forest—about 6–7 km off the main road. If you're a nature lover, the lush greenery and tranquil surroundings offer a refreshing break from city life. While there isn’t much to explore outside the resort, the property itself is peaceful and ideal for unwinding. The hospitality stood out Mr. Gurpreet Singh Ji at the reception was courteous and welcoming, and Mr. Sanjay Adhikari from the kitchen staff was exceptionally supportive and friendly. Their warmth added a personal touch to our stay. We celebrated my wife’s birthday during the visit and ordered a cake from the resort. While it was freshly made, the presentation didn’t quite match expectations, and the size felt small considering the price something that could be improved. Another aspect that didn’t sit well was the room lighting; it was quite dim, creating more of a lounge-like vibe than a cozy resort feel. For families with kids, the resort lacks dedicated activity zones or play areas. While adults can enjoy the serenity, children might find limited options to stay engaged. Overall, it’s a good place to relax amidst nature with friendly staff, but a few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience even better.
