Stayed here recently and overall it was a good experience for the price. The service was good, the room was spacious, and it looked pretty clean at first glance. The Wi-Fi was very good, fast and reliable throughout the stay. Considering the tariff, I’d rate it around 8/10 for value for money. There are a few issues though. When you look under the bed, it was dusty, and although the bedsheets seemed washed, the white color looked quite dull. These are minor and manageable. The main problem was the hard water. It was uncomfortable to use — the water tasted salty, and there was visible white residue on the pipes and fittings, which affected the bathing experience. Another issue is the location on Google Maps. The place is not marked correctly — it’s actually a few meters down the road and on the opposite side, which made it a bit difficult to find. Also, the real name of the place is “AVVA”, which can be confusing for first-time visitors. One more thing: the TV was not working during the stay. If you’re staying for a short duration, not too concerned about showering, and don’t look too deeply into the details, it’s still a decent value-for-money option.
