The checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free, earning a well-deserved 4 stars. Though the staff was friendly, their service could have been slightly more prompt, resulting in a 3-star rating. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 4-star rating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
