Checkin experience was unpleasant due to a slow process and lack of efficiency. The food quality was disappointing, lacking taste and variety. The staff was unhelpful and inattentive to guests' needs. However, the overall experience was remarkable due to the beautiful ambiance and comfortable rooms.

The checkin experience was exceptional, the staff was very polite and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The food at the hotel restaurant was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!
