I instantly felt at home, thanks to the thoughtful welcome I received. Friendly faces and welcoming smiles put me at ease as soon as I entered. Every question I had was answered patiently, making the onboarding stress free. Assistance was available whenever I needed it, both before and after check-in. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth and left me feeling supported from day one. Staff were extremely courteous, making sure all my doubts were promptly addressed. Support from the staff made my relocation to the property extremely pleasant. Check-in was digital and paperless—a big relief compared to previous experiences elsewhere.
Need to improve recheck-in system, if anyone want to continue for next day the hotel can start as the same booking,
