5/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Supreme Stay I recently had the misfortune of staying at Supreme stay , and it was an unmitigated disaster. The hotel owner's behavior was appalling, to say the least. Upon arrival, they questioned why I paid online and almost denied check-in. The room was pathetic, and the basic amenities were only provided after I complained. The owner had the audacity to claim that these basic amenities were "luxury." To add insult to injury, the hotel has no lift, and my room was on the 3rd floor. Online food delivery was not allowed to enter the premises, forcing guests to trek down multiple floors to collect their orders. But the pièce de résistance was when the owner locked the main gate, trapping people inside and outside, and took the key with them. This is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns.
