I recently stayed at this property while attending an exam at ZIST. 1. The property is within walking distance—about 50 to 100 meters—from the main road, located just opposite Tata Motors. 2. The owner was kind enough to give me a lift from the main road to the hotel. He also offered me a ride to a nearby dhaba for dinner. 3. He is truly kind and polite. 4. As of now, the property is still under development, so some facilities are lacking compared to a fully established hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
