I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel White Suites twice during my recent trip to Bangalore. My initial stay was from September 27th to 28th before heading to Mysore, and I returned for a longer stay from the evening of September 29th to October 7th. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff. They were attentive and promptly refilled the handwash and bath gel when I ran out. The team was also accommodating with towel changes, which was much appreciated during my extended stay. On the penultimate day of my stay, I requested a floor cleaning as it had become dirty. Despite it not being a scheduled cleaning day, the staff obliged and cleaned the floor promptly. On my last day, I checked out 2.5 hours late and expected to be charged extra. However, the hotel desk staff waived the fee, stating it was a small gesture for the good experience I had. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel White Suites and would highly recommend it. The staff are exceptional, and the service is phenomenal.
