I recently stayed at an OYO property in Kalamassery for a leisure trip, and my experience was largely positive with a few minor drawbacks. The room was neat, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it an enjoyable stay. The staff was polite and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were taken care of efficiently. Finding the property was a challenge as the actual location differed significantly from what was shown on the OYO app map. This caused some inconvenience during arrival, and better navigation details would improve the experience. Despite the location issue, the clean rooms and friendly staff made the stay pleasant. I would recommend this property to others, but I suggest double-checking the location details before heading there.
