I recently stayed at Hotel O Sai D-Lux and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The host was exceptionally welcoming and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure all our needs were met. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Fresh linens, neatly arranged amenities, and good ventilation made it feel both comfortable and hygienic. The bathroom was spotless, with a steady supply of hot water and toiletries, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel. One of the highlights was the room service – prompt, polite, and efficient. Whatever we requested, whether it was food, extra towels, or local guidance, it was delivered quickly and with professionalism. The hotel also offers a calm and quiet environment, despite being located in a convenient and well-connected area. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, and housekeeping was done regularly without having to remind them. Great Value for a Comfortable Stay! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and came with all the basic amenities I needed — free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom with hot water. The staff was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to the host Kitty— she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Her personal touch really elevated the experience. She even helped me plan my local sightseeing and recommended some great nearby food spots. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and they even helped arrange local transportation and gave tips for nearby attractions. If you’re traveling on a budget and looking for a no-frills yet comfortable experience, this hotel is a great choice.
