The hotel experience was remarkable, with a stunning location and delicious food. However, the staff, check-in, and room lacked the expected level of service. Overall, the stay was disappointing, as the staff seemed uninterested and the room was not up to par.

The check-in experience was exceptional, the staff was attentive and efficient. The amenities provided were excellent, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible. A 5-star experience overall!
