The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 stars. The staff could have been more attentive and friendly, hence a 3 star rating. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, deserving a solid 4 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The check-in experience was fantastic, staff was attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, room and common areas were spotless. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, a 5-star experience!
