I booked this hotel online 7 days ago and already paid, but when I reached the property they said they don’t accept online bookings from Agoda/Booking.com and asked me to pay 3 times more. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I asked them why they are listed online if they don’t accept bookings, they simply said “we don’t know” and acted irresponsibly. Even now, the hotel is still showing available for online booking, which is clearly misleading.
