This was my first visit to Mumbai, and my stay at Taj Lodging and Boarding made my first trip even more pleasant. The hotel staff was very polite, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. They were especially helpful during check-in and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. My check-out time was 11 AM, but my return train was at 4 PM. The staff kindly supported me and allowed me to stay a little longer at the hotel without charging any extra amount. I really appreciate their understanding and helpful nature. Overall, I had a very good experience. The staff behaviour and hospitality were excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Mumbai.
