I recently stayed at Hotel O Red Diamond in Bhopura, Ghaziabad. Here's my experience: Room Quality: The rooms are well-designed and spacious. The furniture is good and adds to the comfort. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, which was disappointing. Amenities: The TV remote didn’t work. I informed the staff twice, but they didn’t respond or resolve the issue. Additionally, no towels were provided during my stay. Staff Service: The lack of response from the staff regarding the TV remote reflects poor service. Overall: While the room quality and furniture were good, the cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, and unresponsive staff significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and improves their services.
