I booked a room in the hotel online, but despite the amount getting deducted from my account, the manager denied receiving my booking confirmation from OYO. This led to heated altercation with the Manager since he couldn't help me resolve the issue by coordinating with OYO Customer Care. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and felt like harrassment.
