The check-in experience was just okay, nothing special (3 stars). However, the hotel's location is great, conveniently located in the heart of the city (4 stars). The food at the hotel was delicious and enjoyable (4 stars). Overall, it was a decent stay.

The checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, the room could have been better. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
