The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning a 4-star rating. The room was decent, but could use some improvements, as reflected in the 3-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet my expectations, but was still acceptable, hence the 3-star rating.

The checkin experience was disappointing and the food and room both left a lot to be desired. However, aside from these flaws, the hotel provided an excellent stay with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great location. Would highly recommend despite the initial hiccups.
