The checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning a 4-star rating. The room was decent, but could use some improvements, as reflected in the 3-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet my expectations, but was still acceptable, hence the 3-star rating.

I must say the check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. They lacked proper maintenance and attention.
