I recently stayed at Swarnim Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my visit. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, which made for a very comfortable stay. The reception team was exceptionally helpful during both check-in and check-out. What truly stood out was their handling of a situation where I accidentally left my gold chain in the room. I realized it missing the next day and was relieved to find that the housekeeping staff and the owner were extremely accommodating and attentive. They quickly assisted me in locating my belongings, and I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and support. Swarnim Hotel's dedication to excellent service and their caring approach make them a top choice.
