I had a delightful check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the process smooth. However, the room was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. On the bright side, the location of the hotel was exceptional, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I checked into this hotel and the check-in experience was absolutely fantastic. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
