Place was nice and clean. Good location. Nearby all the shops are there. Staff is helpful. Geyser was not there. Maybe they give hot water. I did not need it so did not ask for it.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Hotel New Ganga" and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The behavior of the hotel staff was impeccable; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth truly made me feel welcome. As for the rooms, they were exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, and I appreciated coming back to a fresh and tidy room after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, my stay at "Hotel New Ganga" exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional behavior of the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay experience.
