I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Experience is good. The hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean, room services are nice. Quick room service is there. The staff is very good, familiar and down to earth especially Murugan and Shivakumar(from alternate shifts) and Aasami staff(to understand the North Indian visitors). This hotel is at Anna Salai behind the LIC office. The area around the hotel is clumsy, unclean, and unhygienic. They don't provide food and water so it's not included in their packages but If you give money to their staff then they will bring you food and water from restaurants. Also around the hotel between 1 km of radius there are no such good restaurants to eat food. So either you should order the food or go outside the premises Lil bit far from your location to eat. I recommend visiting there if you want to stay.
