The check-in experience at the hotel was disappointing, as well as the staff and the room. However, other aspects of the hotel, such as the location and amenities, made up for these shortcomings. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars.

The checkin experience was excellent, but the room was just average. However, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay at the hotel. There was no AC and it was like hell due to the rising temperatures
