I must say, the check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch! The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. 5 stars all around!

The check-in experience was disappointing, but the food at the hotel was surprisingly good. However, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall, I give the hotel a 3-star rating for its delicious food despite the poor check-in experience and unpleasant staff.
