Overall, the hotel was decent with a 3-star staff, location, and check-in experience. The staff was helpful, the location was not so convenient, and the check-in process was not smooth as we have booked this hotel but the hotel staff thought we won't come & gave our booked room to another people's, afterwards they had given us there another property which was ok. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and efficiency.
Rooms were looking like a bit dirty,old type Staff was good , helpful No extra payment asked No unnecessary disturbance Ac was on fan working good lights bathroom everything was good Bedsheet should have been clean , coffe maker was also not clean 1 water bottle should have been there which was missing
