Overall, the hotel was decent with a 3-star staff, location, and check-in experience. The staff was helpful, the location was not so convenient, and the check-in process was not smooth as we have booked this hotel but the hotel staff thought we won't come & gave our booked room to another people's, afterwards they had given us there another property which was ok. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and efficiency.
