Rooms are to small, bed cover are not cleaned also damaged bed cover. Stuff are not well trained not supportive.
It is located very crowded area. They are not provided us toiletries. But their service quality is good. Beverage is not comfortableThe hotel provided a fairly average experience overall. The room was clean but small, with basic furniture and limited amenities. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, though the pillows could have been better. Staff members were polite but not very attentive, and service was sometimes slow. The bathroom was functional, but hot water took time to come. Breakfast options were limited and tasted ordinary. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport, which was a plus. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a budget stay but not memorable.
